Large Chassis Powder Coating

Our powder bake ovens are big enough to take large and awkward shaped items. This was put to the test when a customer approached us with a large custom-built chassis for a buggy. The customer had been struggling to find a powder coater with a large enough oven to bake such a large frame.

The customer wanted the frame painted luminous orange which was a challenge. With the entire frame visible in the assembled vehicle, our attention to detail was critical to create a stunning finish.

This one really had that "Wow factor" once assembled!
